Richard Wood
Managing Director
Richard has more 25 years’ experience in the international sports market, with a lifetime connection to golf. A former Head of sports marketing and sponsorship agencies, Richard co-founded CMM in 2007.
Since CMM inception, Richard has driven the growth of the company to current position and remains heavily involved in all areas of the business. In that time Richard has specialised in Executive and Senior Management level, working with many high-profile facilities and brands. A keen links golf player, Richard is a member of the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers, Muirfield.

Stewart McNair
Chairman
Stewart has more than 25 years’ experience in executive search in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and the USA. For many years, Stewart specialised in the financial services sector and was retained by leading multinational businesses and globally recognised brands.
Since joining forces with Richard Wood to form Colt Mackenzie Mcnair, Stewart has guided the team at CMM, working closely with a variety of leading international golf businesses, from new resort and real estate developments in Asia and the Middle East. Stewart remains as passionate about his own golf as he is about the golf industry, and is a member of Sunningdale Golf Club. As a schoolboy, he twice represented Great Britain in matches against the USA.

Mike Kelly
Partner CMM America
Mike Kelly heads the CMM US office and comes from a successful career in highly amenitized luxury real estate, resort and club environments. He has developed several communities from the ground up including Reynolds Plantation (which also owns The Ritz-Carlton at Reynolds Plantation), Blue Ridge Mountain Club, Houston Oaks and many others. Mike is fully versed in the development, marketing and selling of real estate along with a full understanding of how to operate the various hospitality components of these complex developments.

Eddie Bullock
Advisory Board
Eddie is widely recognised as an authority on the emerging trends within the global golf club industry, and is a former Managing Director of Woburn Golf Club in Buckinghamshire, UK, and, between 2011-2013, was Captain of The Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA).
Eddie offers clubs and business strategic management support, leadership advice and operational guidance to CMM clients.
He is also a leading figure in the Golf Club Managers Association (GCMA), Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) and associate member of The British and International Golf Greenkeepers’ Association (BIGGA), as well as being on the Board of Trustees at The Golf Foundation.

Adam Keable
Director
Adam completed an honours degree in Applied Golf Management from the University of Birmingham and has a Masters degree in Marketing from Royal Holloway University. In addition to his academic background, Adam is a member of the PGA and has worked within the golf industry for over ten years.
Starting his career at Burhill Golf Club, Adam then went on to found his own golf technology company in 2012. Adam now overseas the relationships with CMM’s core partners, whilst working closely on strategic and commercial hires for golf suppliers and brands.

Michael Herd
Senior Consultant
Michael Herd is a Senior Consultant at Colt Mackenzie McNair, primarily focusing on CMM’s Club Management Services. He manages the day to day delivery of mandates which includes research, mapping and candidate screening as well as partnering with clients throughout the process.
With over 6 years’ experience within the golf industry, Michael is heavily involved in identifying, nurturing and developing young talent and has played a key role in many of CMM’s marquee appointments.

Biddy Lloyd Jones
Consultative Services
Biddy is Head of Consultative Services at Colt Mackenzie McNair. She is an experienced development consultant with a distinguished career in her field.
She has worked in the private, SME and public sector, with companies such as Easyjet, Linklaters, Burhill Group Ltd, Manchester United FC, London Underground, Arsenal FC, Galvin Green, Qatar Airways, Virgin Active, the NHS and Bailey Robinson Holidays. Biddy’s area of expertise is enhancing the success of businesses through the effectiveness of its leaders, by coaching and developing individuals and teams responsible for its future success.
She focuses on behavioural and culture change, management development and dynamic working relationships. She helps organisations to ensure they are ‘fit for business’ by forward focus on their vision, ensuring their processes and people are aligned for the future not simply for the present.
