Building out the Toptracer team across EMEA
Upon the acquisition of Protracer Range and the subsequent rebranding of the technology to Toptracer, CMM was brought in during its infancy to help build out a team across the EMEA region.
As a new technology and subsequent game-changing product, CMM had to help identify talent from non-established markets as Toptracer had created a new product category. With a strong parent brand of Topgolf, CMM had to build out connections and trust with leading candidates from Sales Managers and Account Managers to Installation Managers across different regions.
