Overview of the role

As JCB Golf & Country Club's Head of Hospitality & Events Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all day-to-day operations throughout the property run smoothly and fall in line with the JCB Golf & Country Clubs Vision. Effectively managing all direct reports. Maintain consistency in standards. Being product & customer focussed with a clear focus on training and development of our people. Management of an effective cost programme to ensure budgeted sales & profit targets are met (Food & Beverage GP%, average spend per head).
