Highly attractive with benefitsThe executive will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel sales with golf and golf course revenue, focusing on group sales or packages of hotel nights and green fees.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales management and golf course directors to develop effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth. This may include identifying market opportunities, setting appropriate prices, and creating attractive packages and offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Be available to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote the sale to individual and group clients, offering packages that include hotel stays with the use of golf courses
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities, such as golf tournaments, special events, and advertising campaigns, to attract new customers and keep existing customers interested in the golf course.
- Keep numerical data up-to-date so that senior management can generate expense control reports and periodic sales performance reports.
- Develop business relationships with local and international companies to attract corporate events and sponsorships that generate additional revenue.
- Inquire with clients to understand their expectations and needs in order to tailor the proposal to a better commercial solution.
- Evaluate the competition, stay informed about local and regional competitors, and analyze the strategies of other hotels with golf courses to adapt and improve our own.
- Work with the Marketing Director to develop marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to increase the visibility of the golf course and attract new customers. This may include online and offline campaigns, social media presence, and collaborations with other international or local businesses.
- Review online sales: If the golf course sells services and products online, supervise and improve the customer experience on the website, online store, and online booking platforms. Although this is partly the responsibility of the Marketing Directorate.

Qualifications:
- Years of Experience, 4 to 5 years of experience in the commercial area managing premium or high-profile brands and clients.
- Must speak Spanish.
- Group sales in the North or South American markets.
- Industry | Hotels and/or clubs that manage golf courses.
- Completed Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, marketing and sales, hospitality and event management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- Golf courses and certifications.
- Golf Management/courses on the industry and sports facility management
