To co-ordinate, manage and organise, in conjunction with the Director of Golf, the operations at the soon to be relaunched La Cala Golf Academy, 9 hole Par 3 Course, Driving Range and Retail & F&B operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. To pro-actively plan, organise and co-ordinate the operations at the Golf Academy, including the lesson schedules, retail & F&B operation and the management of the Par 3 course and driving range.
  2. Ensure Exceptional Customer Service.
  3. Oversee and develop the operations policies, procedures, controls, and fee structures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, inventory, and resources.
  4. Oversee in conjunction with the Director of Golf the shop, including buying products, managing stock levels, mark downs and promotions.
  5. Supervise the staff and maintenance of equipment on the driving range.
  6. Addresses complaints and resolves problems immediately.
  7. Achieve the KPI's for service, standards and financial.
  8. Working closely with the Director of Golf, develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy that meets the expectations and needs of different customer groups.
  9. To assist in organising club, corporate, promotional and sales and marketing events, ensuring that they are properly structured, coordinated, communicated and delivered.

Prerequisites:

  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and be friendly and personable.
  • Knowledge of Golf.
  • Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning experience
  • Experience successfully managing a team.
  • Must speak English & Spanish.
