Job Overview:
The Clubhouse Manager is a multifaceted role that blends hospitality, operations, relationship building, financial oversight and leadership within the Clubhouse, and the Halfway House.
Person Specification:
We are searching for someone with experience in a 5* hospitality environment as the following skill set:
- Leadership: Proven experience managing high-end hospitality environments, with a demonstrated ability to oversee diverse operations in a premium setting.
- Exceptional Service Orientation: Committed to delivering bespoke, anticipatory service that exceeds the expectations of discerning members and guests.
- Operational & Financial Acumen: Strong background in managing budgets, optimizing resources, and ensuring the smooth running of all clubhouse activities.
- Effective Team Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and leading teams to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Communication & Discretion: Articulate communicator who can engage confidently with members, stakeholders, and staff while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organisational Excellence: Highly organised with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Passion for Club Culture: A genuine appreciation for the heritage and traditions of private member club, coupled with a proactive approach to enhancing the overall member experience.
