As Agronomy and Robotics Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation, leading a dynamic team to manage and innovate across our golf courses, racquet areas, putting facilities, cabin landscaping, orchards, and kitchen gardens. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of all outdoor areas, ensuring they’re maintained to the highest possible standards.
  • Lead on innovative agronomy practices, robotics integration, and sustainable course management.
  • Drive improvement projects, from green renovations to irrigation upgrades.
  • Monitor turf health using advanced data systems (POGO, Clegg Hammer, Stimpmeter) to deliver on key performance targets.
  • Build and inspire a skilled team, leading by example with hands-on involvement.
  • Develop long-term strategies that enhance guest experience and increase revenue potential.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, HR policies, and environmental best practices.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a managerial role, ideally in agronomy, sports turf, or facilities management.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Hands-on and solutions-focused, with the ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
  • Comfortable with technology and data-driven decision-making.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
